Dr. Brian P. McAndrew was raised in Philadelphia, PA. He received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Albright College in 1989. He attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and graduated as a member of the prestigious Matthew Cryer Honor Society in 1993. He accepted a residency position in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia in 1993 and completed his training in 1997 when he served as Chief Resident.

His love for the medicine led him to return to medical school at the Medical College of Virginia where he earned his medical degree in 1999 and completed a one year general/trauma surgery internship at VCU Medical Center. He was selected for a fellowship in cosmetic surgery at The Cosmetic Surgery Center in Little Rock, AR.

MD + DMD! Very skilled and experienced and kind! A+

Dr. Brian McAndrew was awesome. His confidence and sense of humor helped calm nerves. Because he is a medical doctor as well as a dentist, he was familiar with and able to work effectively with a rare medical condition. (He knew the best strategy for anesthesia and positioning.) He also proceeded carefully as he monitored a high blood pressure issue. He did excellent work and the Oyster Point Oral & Facial Surgery staff was caring and helpful.
