Dr. Provo is one of only 125 physicians in the United States board certified in both Sports Medicine and Emergency Medicine and is uniquely qualified to provide emergency orthopedic services in the office, in the emergency room and on the sidelines. Dr. Provo is a nationally recognized leader in Sports Medicine, the use of ultrasound in orthopedics and regenerative non-surgical therapies. He is frequently invited to speak nationally and internationally on his areas of expertise.

In addition, Dr. Provo has over 20 years experience in professional sports starting with event coverage at the Barcelona Olympics in 1992. He currently serves as Chief of Medical Affairs for the National Basketball Association and supervises healthcare related activities for the NBA, WNBA and the NBA Development League. He designs and executes the health care and sports medicine coverage for NBA related events all over the world including the NBA All-Star Games, NBA Finals, and the NBA Global Games.

  • Great Doctor
    I have been a patient of Dr. Provo for about three years now I can walk in there with the worst pain in my knee and walk out pain free. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his profession and I would highly recommend him to anybody needing any orthopedic procedure.
  • Office Visit
    I have seen Dr. Jace a few times now for my hand and arm. I feel like family when I walk in. Everyone is friendly!! Dr. Jace is personable, kind, funny, and makes you feel at home. He explains everything you it's easy to understand. He does an ultrasound when giving a cortisone shot which has never happened before. If you have ever had a cortisone shot, you know they HURT! Well, for some reason, his shots don't hurt! I would recommend him to anyone!! He is the BEST!!!!
  • Closed Office BUT Confirming Appts
    Sent me an e-mail confirmation on 1/29, telephoned (via computer) an appt confirmation on 1/30, arrived for my appt on 1/31 to find a note taped to the door stating the Clinic is Closed the ENTIRE week of 1/29 due to illness. Seriously?!? Why are you calling your patients to confirm when you are closed???

    Dr Jace Provo was wonderful! He knew exactly what to do for my injury .. I had the same problem 3 years ago and even after a steroid shot it took 3 weeks to get better . After seeing Dr Jace I was feeling better THE NEXT DAY ! He was kind and personable as well
