Dr. Taylor G Wright was born and raised in Draper, Utah. He grew up in a family of 13 children – 10 boys and 3 girls – all from the same mother and father. He is very proud and grateful for having been raised in such an environment where attributes of hard work and service were not only expected, but were exemplified by his parents.

He grew up in a family where classical music was of prime emphasis and each child was expected to learn the piano as well as an additional musical instrument. Dr. Wright is a concert cellist and has played with many string quartets, orchestras, and surrounding symphonic groups.
