Dr. Arnold is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon, fellowship-trained and specializing in Sports Medicine and Cartilage Reconstruction. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University, he earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Arnold then remained at UNMC to complete his Orthopaedic Residency where he developed an interest in Sports Medicine.

For further training and specialization, Dr. Arnold completed a Sports Medicine and Cartilage Reconstruction fellowship at Atlanta Sports Medicine under the direction of Dr. Scott D. Gillogly, a pioneer in the treatment of articular cartilage disorders. During this training, Dr. Arnold served as an Assistant Team Physician for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League and Atlanta Thrashers of the National Hockey League.
