When Todd F. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of North Dakota. He completed both a general surgery residency and plastic surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Orchard is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery – the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons.
