Dr. Garber grew up in rural Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980. She has worked as a general practitioner in small animal medicine and surgery for more than 30 years. In 2008, she and her husband/specialist Don Brown DVM moved to Vermont and established Vermont Veterinary Cardiology where she now practices with him. Jenny and Don enjoy hiking and Nordic skiing in beautiful Vermont with their golden retriever, Rolo.
