Dr. John J. Keller attended the University of Nebraska for undergraduate and Dental School. Following graduation from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry he was commissioned a Lieutenant in the US Navy. He served with the Marine Corps and the Submarine Service before entering an Oral and Maxillofacial Residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center great Lakes Illinois. The residency included training at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas, courses at the Medical College of Virginia and training at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington DC.  His training included orthognathic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, maxillofacial trauma, dental Implants and anesthesia. Prior to leaving the U.S. Navy he was selected for the rank of Commander. He joined Sheboygan Oral and Maxillofacial Associates in 1978.
