Honestly, I'm not sure that there is a close second. Never have I felt rushed in any way. He is also wiling to order any necessary tests without any pushback whatsoever. Jon Englund is a breath of fresh air in an era of medicine that has largely become impersonal. If there was a higher rating than five - he would get it from me.
