Developed "trigger finger" in middle finger of both hands (where you cannot make a fist and in constant pain) - Dr. Foley was recommended by private physician - at initial exam he diagnosed problem. Had surgery on right hand first and 3-1/2 months later, had surgery on left hand. Hands were quite usable within a week of surgery and completely recovered in 8 weeks. The improvement and full functionality is amazing.
