Dr. Johnson is a native of Southern California. She completed her undergraduate studies at Cal Poly Pomona with a major in Animal Science, continuing on to receive a Master’s Degree in Animal Behavior. Dr. Johnson obtained her DVM from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine. She has worked both in emergency medicine and in general daytime practices. She is a general practitioner with a strong interest in internal medicine, stem cell therapy and acupuncture. Dr. Johnson is credentialed to perform stem cell therapy and is certified as a veterinary medical acupuncturist. She is also a member of the Applied Animal Behavior Society.
