A board-certified physician (M.D.) with experience in emergency medicine, pain management, medical aesthetics, and as a flight surgeon, Dr. Richard Mantell was a resident at University of California, Irvine before taking an internal medicine position in Orange County and later becoming an emergency room doctor at various hospitals throughout Southern California. Now semi-retired, Dr. Mantell has devoted the last 14 years to helping people look their best through aesthetic medicine and mentoring health care professionals in training. A loving husband and father and an avid cyclist, he is also a Special Olympics volunteer.
