Marcus Polk M.D. is a board certified anesthesiologist who has practiced in the southern crescent area for the past 13 years. He is the President and CEO of Anesthesia Consultants of Georgia, an innovative anesthesia service model that provides comprehensive anesthesia services predominantly in the ambulatory and office-based setting. Polk received his undergraduate degree while on a golf scholarship from Jackson State University.

He received his medical degree from Oregon Health Science University, then completed his residency training at Emory University. Following residency he completed a one-year fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at Egleston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Polk and his anesthesia team is committed to providing quality anesthesia care that is safe and efficient.
