Doctor Smith was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. He received his undergraduate degree in Animal Science and also his degree in Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University. After graduating in 1989, he returned to the Quad Cities to practice veterinary medicine. Doctor Smith joined Whitehaven along with Doctor Berridge in early 2011.In his spare time Doctor Smith enjoys boating, fishing, and playing golf.
