Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology. She attended Potomac Massage Training Institute and has been certified as a human massage therapist and personal trainer since 1999. She has completed more than 120 hours of continuing education to obtain credentials in canine, feline and equine massage therapy through the Integrated Touch Therapy and Equissage programs. She was employed with the Baltimore School of Massage Student Clinic during which time she had the privilege of teaching the pet massage modality at the York campus. In 2008, Heather became a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner through the University of Tennessee. Heather is also experienced in underwater treadmill and swim therapy for canines.
