Dr. Kimber L. Eubanks, M.D is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist and affiliated with PainCARE.At PainCARE we are pain specialists; our physicians Dr. Bruning and Dr. Eubanks believe you don’t have to live with debilitating pain.
