I have been a patient of Dr. Tolan's for 10 years. I can truthfully tell you that my best interest has always been at the forefront of any treatment. He has talked me out of surgery i thought I needed and suggested less invasive, costly means to attain the results for which I was looking. The estheticians are excellent as well. I have recommended many friends to this office.
