Dr. Mike grew up on a farm in Rose Bud and has a life-long love of caring for animals. He particulary enjoys working with large animals — horses, cattle and goats — and the special challenges they present.

He received his degree from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in Baton Rouge. He is a member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners, the Arkansas Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Mike and Dr. Karen Pallone are the proud parents of son, Dallas. The four-legged members of their family include a large assortment of dogs, cats, horses, cows and whitetail deer.
