Dr. Cook grew up in Southern Illinois, where her love of horses began. She grew up competing at team sorting and rodeo. After completing a Bachelors of Science degree at Southern Illinois University, Dr. Cook moved to Columbia, MO to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Missouri.

Afterwards she spent a year at the University of Illinois, completing an equine internship in medicine and surgery. Dr. Cook has a passion for preventative and internal medicine, and hopes to further her education in chiropractic, acupuncture, and sports medicine.
