Dr. Lou is top on my list with respect to the five naturopaths I have seen over the last 15 years. He listens to his patients and responds to their symptoms and bodies from a grounded place with knowledge, patience, and balance. My intentions in seeing Dr. Lou were to reduce headaches and make the necessary lifestyle changes to reverse adrenal fatigue. These are aspects of my life that I expect to continue to monitor (though with far less scrutiny now), ultimately putting me on a path of greater balance, health, and longevity.
