PHILLIP R. LANGER, M.D. is double Board Certified in both Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Langer successfully completed Three Fellowships: Sports Medicine/Arthroscopy, Complex Orthopedic Trauma, Hip Arthroscopy. He completed a Sports Medicine/Arthroscopy Fellowship under the guidance of F. Harlan Selesnick, M.D – Head Team Physician NBA Miami Heat – and an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital.

In addition, Dr. Langer completed an Arthroscopy Association of North America Fellowship in Arthroscopic Hip Surgery with Marc Phillipon, MD. – recognized worldwide as a pioneer of hip arthroscopy.
