Dr. Vivek Mehta is a Board Certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is Fellowship-Trained in Interventional Spine Medicine at The Orthopedic Clinic Association located in Phoenix, AZ.Dr. Mehta completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He has provided team coverage from high school to the professional level for various sports including football, basketball, hockey and baseball.
