Dr. Win Chang graduated from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at City College, New York. He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry.Dr. Chang completed fellowships in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Bioengineering at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York and was a student fellow in cardiology at the University of Rochester.Dr. Chang was board certified in 1993 and recertified in 2004. He is a diplomate of both the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Chang is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons.
