This is a review of the organization, rather the doctor as the doctor I saw (Dr. Ellie) is no longer a part of the practice. I had the pleasure with working with the billing office and the supervisor to resolve some insurance matters. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating and responsive. While I can't speak to what your doctor visit will be like, I do believe you will be in good hands from an administrative perspective.
