Dr. John “Jack” Carlisle is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a special interest in hip arthroscopy and sports medicine, including complex knee and shoulder surgery.

Prior to joining OSMCKC, he completed a sports medicine and hip arthroscopy fellowship at the Steadman-Philippon Research Institute in Vail, Colorado. He completed both medical school and my Orthopaedic residency at Washington University in St. Louis. Gis undergraduate degree was earned at Duke University.

Keeping current with medical advancements is important to him, which is why he is a member of both the AOSSM (American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine) and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
