grew up in the suburbs of Chicago as the oldest of nine, and with having eight younger sisters, I am definitely used to being around a lot of women.   I knew early on that I wanted to be a doctor and had physicians in my family to guide me along the way.
I left home and went to college at Creighton University, in Omaha, Nebraska.  I immediately fell in love with the campus and ultimately graduated Pre-Med with degrees in Account and Finance.  I went on to complete a Masters in Biomedical Sciences, studying allergic airway inflammation and asthma, also at Creighton University.
