Dr. Littlejohn joined NPM in 2011 and is board certified in Pain Medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is an expert in minimally invasive spine care and interventional pain management. Dr. Littlejohn completed his residency training at Columbia and pain fellowship at the University of California-Davis Medical Center. He is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society. He worked in Maryland before moving to Bangor, Maine.

Dr. Littlejohn’s clinical interests include management of muscle, joint, and spine pain using injection therapies guided by fluoroscopy and ultrasound. For patients suffering from compression fractures of the spine, Dr. Littlejohn offers the cutting-edge kyphoplasty procedure. Dr. Littlejohn seeks to provide his patients the personal attention and individualized care they deserve.
