Dr. Robert Shannon is the only surgeon in Central Oregon who is fellowship-trained in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. He completed his fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at the Florida Orthopedic Institute in Tampa with world-renowned shoulder surgeon Dr. Mark Frankle, where he learned advanced techniques in shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder replacement surgery.
