Dr. Friedt grew up in rural North Dakota receiving his bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University in 2002. In 2006, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) with High Distinction at the University of Nebraska. Following two years of general dental practice at Ft. Defiance Hospital through Indian Health Services in Arizona, he returned to the University of Nebraska where he completed his specialty training in Endodontics. Dr. Friedt and his family relocated to Huntsville in June 2010. His wife Sara, a Tennessee native, and their two children Katelyn and David enjoy working and recreation in Huntsville. Dr. Friedt is a Board-eligible member of the American Association of Endodontists, a member of the Southern Endodontic Study Group, American Dental Association, and Huntsville-Madison County Dental Society. He travels several times a year to participate in continuing education seminars around the country to keep abreast of cutting-edge developments in Endodontics.
