I've been a patient for Drs. Henderson & Rutledge at their Upland facility for 2 years. The service at Telehealth has been top-notch and Sandra, the office manager, is just terrific. It's been easy to get appointments and they use Zocdoc. My only suggestion js that if you make an appointment in Zocdoc, confirm the appointment after you book it. They can do the lab work in house, although some tests get outsourced. Just make sure the services are all submitted within your insurance network, in order to save yourself grief.
