I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I went for a skin screening / consultation and then had lots of spots "zapped." As a 50+ woman with rosacea, my skin has lots of imperfections that either have to be frozen, cauterized, or lasered and it can be scary, but not this time. It was fast, so the discomfort was minimal. Janie, the physician assistant was polite, professional, precise, and ON TIME! She's not a chatty Cathy and that's fine with me - just a personal preference; some people like the schmoozing, but not me, makes me think the person
