The Evergreen Centre for Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine is a group of highly trained and licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and medical assistants with extensive multidisciplinary experience throughout the integrative medicine field. We are very proactive bridging this field within conventional medicine and dedicated to bringing integrity and acceptance of Integrative Medicine. At the Evergreen Centre we integrate the benefits of our knowledge and experience putting the patient first.

Our philosophy is that every person requires individual care and that there is no single modality that meets the individual health needs of all patients. We work to combine the best training with experience to address the complete person.
