I use the Danbury office almost exclusively, and am VERY pleased with the customer service at the front desk. I am always greeted, usually by name. If there is a delay, they let me know and apologize. It is unusual to wait more than 10-15 minutes. The pain management team itself is very knowledgeable, and thoroughly checks out any new symptoms. Physical treatment is professional and caring. Dr. Levi's team has made it possible for me to have enough hours in the day that I can have a life again!

Dr.Dade has rid me of severe back pain twice! I have gone almost 6 years pain free. Now I returned this month 7/17 and I am pain free again.He is the best....I recommend him highly!
