This is a fantastically-run dermatology practice. I was promptly helped and taken in for my service. Dr. Tina Alster was very understanding of the cosmetic issues I wanted to improve, and it was one of the most comfortable procedures I've ever had. Her assistants took their time answering any questions, and her office conveniently sells any post-procedure products you may need, if you don't already have something at home. I also like how they called the next day (a Saturday!) to make sure everything was ok, and to ask if I had any more questions.
