After completing his undergraduate education at the University of Arkansas in 1983, Dr. Benjamin Dodge remained at his alma mater to receive his medical degree and complete both his internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery. Dr. Dodge trained under Dr. Carl Nelson, who was the premier leader in the augmentation and development of hip and knee replacement surgery in the state of Arkansas. Following his residency, Dr. Dodge joined the staff of Conway Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in 1993.
As a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Dodge has been active in the local medical community. He has served as chairman of the board for Conway Regional Surgery Center since 1998 and as a Faulkner County representative of the American Medical Association since 1993. He is also on the board of directors for the Ozark Conference Center in Solgohachia, Arkansas and through this position has been able to assist in the development of Camp Solgohachia, a Christian summer camp for the youth of Central Arkansas.
