Brent Sprinkle, D.O. is a board certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Sprinkle’s practice is focused on nonsurgical outpatient spine and musculoskeletal medicine, Emg/Nerve Conduction studies, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Myofascial Trigger Point Pain and Regenerative Injections such as Stem Cell, Platelet-Rich Plasma and Dextrose Prolotherapy for Tendon, Ligament, Cartilage and Joint Pain and Degeneration and Tears.

Dr. Sprinkle has additional training and interest in the use of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound for diagnostic as well as real time image guidance for Regenerative Injections in the treatment of soft tissue, ligament and tendon related pathology.
