Dr. Weber was born and raised in Georgia and has been practicing dentistry since 1980. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Davidson College in North Carolina and earned his D.M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed a Dental General Practice Residency. He served in the U.S. Army as a general dentist for eight years and then, in 1992, completed a four year specialty residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.

He continued to practice in the Army as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, retiring after 21 years. His final military assignment was as Director, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at Madigan Army Medical Center. Dr. Weber is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and served for nine years as an Examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also board certified in Dental Anesthesiology by the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. In 2001, he joined South Sound Oral Surgery.
