David Paly, MD is board certified in anesthesiology and completed two fellowship training programs. One in neuroanesthesia and pain from Yale University School of Medicine, and the other as a NIMH Neuroscience Research Fellow at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Dr. Paly completed his residency in anesthesia and earned his medical degree from the Yale University School of Medicine.

Dr. Paly’s professional career includes 20+ years as a practicing physician in anesthesia and pain management in greater Tacoma. Before joining Microsurgical Spine Center, he served as the co-director of the Maryland Pain Therapy Unit at the University of Maryland while an Assistant Professor in Anesthesiology.
