Dr. Dewey Jones III, has practiced orthopedics in Birmingham, Alabama since 1975, when he founded Brookwood Orthopedics. In April 2014 he and his son, Dr. Dewey Jones IV, joined Dr. Thomas Powell to form Powell & Jones Orthopedics Center.

Dr. Jones III is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (FAAOS). After earning his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, he completed his internship at Carraway Methodist Medical Center and his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
