Dr. Miller received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, FL. and served his Internal Medicine Residency and Medical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Florida, Shands Hospital. He earned his PhD from Roswell Park Memorial Institute, State University of New York at Buffalo.
