Dr. Eubanks is a native of Winston-Salem. She attended NC State University, where she earned her Undergraduate degree in Animal Science and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Most of her Veterinary career has been spent practicing in both Forsyth and Davie Counties. Dr. Eubanks currently resides here in Clemmons with her husband, two teenage sons, and their three dogs and one cat. When she is not working, she can usually be found watching her boys participate in whatever sport is in season. She also enjoys reading, movies and spending time with her family.
