A native New Yorker, Dr. O’Neill  attended SUNY at Stony Brook as a biochemistry major and then studied dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry where he earned his dental degree in 1993.  He was very fortunate to receive his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City and completed his specialty training in 1998 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.
