A native of Lansford, North Dakota, Dr. Carlson received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota. He then attended medical school at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences where he received his Doctorate in medicine.

very knowledgeable

Dr. Carlson was very knowledgeable regarding my condition. He did not rush me right into surgery, opting for other palliative measures first. However, when time for surgery came he did not hesitate. The procedure was explained very well and completed in a very competent manner.
