Dr. Partridge grew up in southern Utah and received his undergraduate degree in Zoology from Southern Utah University on an athletic scholarship while serving in the National Guard. In 2001, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry where he served as the President of his junior and senior classes. Dr. Partridge completed his four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center and Methodist Hospital in 2005. He has published several papers in both the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Journal of the Indiana Dental Association.
After his residency, Dr. Partridge proudly served as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in the United States Army as the Executive Officer of the Head and Neck Surgery Team with the 47th Combat Support Hospital in Mosul, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom 2005 – 2007.
