Dr. Crispino Santos is the President and founder of both the Regenerative Cell Institute (RCI) and Interventional Pain Medicine (IPM). Dr. Santos attended medical school at the Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines, and completed his post-doctoral residency training in general surgery and anesthesiology at King Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
He completed one year of advanced anesthesiology fellowship at University of South Florida-Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Santos first practiced medicine for nine years in Mason City, Iowa, where he started the cardiac anesthesia program and also established the Pain Management Center at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.
