Dr. Pellegrini is a Long Island native and received her Bachelor degree in Sociology from Stony Brook University in 2007. She spent the next year working on her Masters in H.S. Biology Education at L.I.U C.W. Post while volunteering at several animal hospitals and shelters. Dr. Pellegrini’s studies included Anatomy, Pharmacology, Surgery, Oncology, Small Animal Medicine, Community Practice, Shelter Medicine and Clinical Pathology. She received her D.V.M. degree from St. Matthew’s in 2014. She enjoys the intimate setting that family style veterinary practice provides and has a special interest in Small Animal Surgery and Internal Medicine. Dr. Pellegrini enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She particularly enjoys traveling, listening to music and reading.
