David Bica, DO, CAQ is a board certified family physician with a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. He specializes in primary care sports medicine focusing on both medical illness as well as injury. Dr. Bica was born and raised in Rhode Island, graduated from Providence College, and then earned his osteopathic medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He went on to complete his family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine in Greenville North Carolina. After residency and fellowship he served as faculty at East Carolina University where he worked directly with residents and medical students.
