My Care Philosophy

“My goal is to treat every patient as I would want to be treated, regardless of race, gender or social background.  I have a duty to my patients to keep up with training and technology improvements.  I will use every method to facilitate a speedy recovery for the patients under my care.”

Dr. Palmer’s outside interests include spending time with his two daughters and two grandchildren, community engagement (through church, rotary and community foundations), skiing, boating, photography and reading.
