A native of the Youngstown area, Dr. Marsh received his Bachelor of Science in Combined Science/Chemistry from Youngstown State University and earned his medical degree at the acclaimed Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, now known as Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED).He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center in 2011 and sports medicine fellowship at the renowned Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 2012.While training at Baylor, Dr. Marsh was Team Physician for Houston’s major sports teams, including the Rockets, Texans, Astros, Dynamo and the Division I University of Houston Cougars. “I also learned the surgical skill set of arthroscopy, focusing on shoulder and knee procedures – my two prime areas of special interest,” he says.
