Dr. Dayna McCarthy, D.O. is a board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician specializing in interventional pain management and sports medicine.  Dr. McCarthy’s expertise is non-operative diagnosis and treatment of neurologic/musculoskeletal injuries, reducing pain, restoring function and promoting active lifestyles.Dr. McCarthy completed her medical education at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.  She then went on to complete residency training in PM&R at North Shore-LIJ health system and an ACGME interventional pain management and sports medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. A native of Westchester county and the newest addition the to the Somers Orthopedics team, Dr. McCarthy is passionate about providing quality individualized care and promoting physical wellbeing to the members of our community.
