Problems of the shoulder and the solutions have been the focus of my practice for 30 years. My approach is based on the belief that I am here to improve each patient’s quality of life and to treat each person as I would like a member of my family to be treated. It’s been my belief that patients can make the best decisions about their health care only if they clearly understand their problem and the solutions. My role is threefold: a) to discuss with patients exactly what I know of their condition b) to put this in terms that make sense c) to present treatment options, whether non operative or operative, so that I can maximize each person’s ability to participate in a treatment plan.
